These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to & use of the website www.veerashrayaacademy.com (the “Website”) & the training programmes, courses, study material, & related services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Veerashraya Academy™, a sole proprietorship having its registered office at 2nd Floor, Plot No. 29, Pioneer Enterprises, Street Number 25, near Nalanda Nagar Walkers Park, AG Colony, Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Telangana – 500030, India (“Veerashraya Academy,” “the Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Website, registering for any programme, or making any payment to the Academy, you (“User,” “Trainee,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, & our Cancellation Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access the Website or use the Services.
1.1 Eligibility. The Services are intended for individuals preparing for Services Selection Board (SSB) interviews & the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) with additional leadership & personality development programmes. Except for the “Launch (12)” & “Academy Foundation” capsule programs including the combination program for both, the Services are not intended for use by minors (individuals under 18 years of age). Where a User enrolling in the “Launch (12)” & “Academy Foundation” including the combination program is a minor, enrolment, acceptance of these Terms, & all payment obligations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian on the minor’s behalf, & such parent or guardian shall be responsible for the minor’s compliance with these Terms.
1.2 Nature of Services. All training under the Services is delivered online. The Academy provides live and/or recorded training sessions, study material, & question banks for SSB, CPP, leadership, & personality development preparation, as described on the Website at the time of enrolment.
1.3 Account Registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, & complete information during registration & to promptly update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials & for all activities that occur under your account.
1.4 Modification of Terms. The Academy may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Website. Continued use of the Website or Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
1.5 Payments. All fees are payable in full, in advance, through the Academy’s designated online payment gateway (Razorpay). Successful payment confirms your enrolment, subject to these Terms & the Cancellation Policy. A valid invoice will be issued for every payment received (GSTIN: 36BDNPP5019D1ZI).
Disclaimers
2.1 No Guarantee of Selection or Outcome. The Academy provides training, guidance, study material, & mock assessments intended to help Users prepare for the SSB interview & allied selection processes. The Academy does not guarantee, & makes no representation regarding, a User’s selection, recommendation, merit position, or any other outcome in the SSB, CPP, or any subsequent stage of recruitment or selection conducted by the Indian Armed Forces, Union Public Service Commission, or any other authority. Selection outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond the Academy’s control, including the User’s own performance, health, documentation, & the discretion of the relevant selection board.
2.2 Educational Purpose Only. All content, training, feedback, & material provided as part of the Services are for educational & preparatory purposes only & do not constitute, & must not be relied upon as, official guidance, certification, or endorsement by the Indian Armed Forces, Service Selection Boards, any government/ defence authority or any certifying organisation. The Academy is an independent private training provider & is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any government, defence or civil organisation.
2.3 Accuracy of Content. While the Academy takes reasonable care to ensure that study material, question banks, & other content are accurate & up to date, recruitment rules, eligibility criteria, examination patterns, & selection procedures are determined solely by the relevant official authorities & may change without notice. The Academy does not warrant that any content on the Website is complete, error-free, or reflects the most current official requirements, & Users are responsible for independently verifying such information from official sources.
2.4 “As Is” Basis. The Website & Services are provided on an “as is” & “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2.5 Technology & Availability. The Academy does not warrant that the Website or any online training session will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Access may depend on the User’s own internet connectivity, device, & software, for which the Academy is not responsible.
2.6 Third-Party Links & Services. The Website or training material may reference or link to third-party websites, payment gateways, or services (including Razorpay). The Academy does not control & is not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of any third party, & use of such third-party services is at the User’s own risk & subject to that third party’s own terms & policies.
2.7 Individual Results May Vary. Any testimonials, success stories, or past results referenced on the Website reflect individual experiences & do not guarantee similar results for any other User.
Limitation on Liability
3.1 Exclusion of Indirect Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Academy, its proprietor, employees, trainers, or representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss arising from non-selection or rejection at any stage of the SSB or any other selection/ certification process, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
3.2 Cap on Liability. To the extent any liability of the Academy cannot be excluded under applicable law, the Academy’s total aggregate liability to a User arising out of or relating to the Services, however arising, shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by that User to the Academy for the specific programme giving rise to the claim.
3.3 No Liability for Outcomes. Without limiting the foregoing, the Academy shall not be liable for any claim arising from or relating to a User’s non-selection, withdrawal, disqualification, medical unfitness, or any adverse outcome at any stage of the SSB, CPP, or related recruitment/ certification process, as such outcomes are determined solely by the relevant selection authorities & not by the Academy.
3.4 Third-Party Acts. The Academy shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from acts, errors, omissions, or service interruptions caused by third parties, including payment gateways, internet service providers, or other technology providers used to deliver the Services.
3.5 Force Majeure. The Academy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or power outages, governmental action, pandemic, strikes, or other events of force majeure.
3.6 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify & hold harmless the Academy, its proprietor, employees, & representatives from & against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, & expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Copyright Policy
4.1 Ownership. All content made available as part of the Services, including but not limited to recorded & live training sessions, study material, question banks, presentations, worksheets, assessment frameworks, & any other material provided by the Academy (collectively, “Training Material”), as well as the name “Veerashraya Academy™,” its logo, & the tagline “On Target Every Time,” are the exclusive intellectual property of Veerashraya Academy & are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, & other intellectual property laws.
4.2 Limited License to Users. Subject to your compliance with these Terms & payment of applicable fees, the Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access & use the Training Material solely for your personal preparation & not for any commercial purpose.
4.3 Restrictions. You shall not, & shall not permit any third party to: -
(a) Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, or make available any Training Material to any person who has not independently enrolled with the Academy;
(b) Record, screen-capture, download, or otherwise reproduce live training sessions except where expressly permitted by the Academy;
(c) Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Training Material;
(d) Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Training Material; or
(e) Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice contained in the Training Material.
4.4 User-Generated Content. If you submit any content to the Academy (such as feedback, questions, or written responses during training), you grant the Academy a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for the purpose of providing, improving, & promoting the Services, including as anonymised testimonials, provided that no personally identifiable information is disclosed without your consent.
4.5 Infringement Notices. If you believe that any content on the Website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please write to [email protected] with details of the alleged infringement, & the Academy will investigate & take appropriate action.
4.6 Consequences of Violation. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of the Training Material may result in immediate termination of access to the Services without refund, in addition to any other legal remedies available to the Academy.
General
5.1 Relationship to Other Policies. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy & Cancellation Policy published on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you & the Academy regarding your use of the Website & Services, & supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
5.2 Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
5.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out & the remaining provisions shall continue in full force & effect.
5.4 No Waiver. The failure of the Academy to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
5.5 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of the Academy. The Academy may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, without your consent.
5.6 Electronic Communication. By using the Website & Services, you consent to receive communications from the Academy electronically, including via email, SMS, & WhatsApp, regarding your enrolment, payments, batch schedules, & promotional updates. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by writing to [email protected], though you will continue to receive essential transactional communications related to your enrolment.
5.7 Termination. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Services, without refund, in the event of any breach of these Terms, abusive conduct towards staff or other Users, or misuse of the Training Material.
5.8 Notices. Any notice required to be given under these Terms shall be sent to [email protected] (for the Academy) or to the email/phone number provided by the User at the time of registration.
5.9 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.
