This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use & protect it, & the choices available to you. By accessing the Website or enrolling in any Service, you consent to the collection & use of your information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Website or the Services. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use & Cancellation Policy, both published on the Website.
Determination of Personal Information of Users
1.1 Information Provided to Us. When you browse the Website, register for a programme, or contact us, you may be asked to provide: -
(a) Identity information such as your name, date of birth, & a photograph, where required for batch records;
(b) Contact information such as email address, phone number, & residential address;
(c) Payment information such as billing details processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay) — the Academy does not itself store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials, as these are handled directly & securely by Razorpay;
(d) Academic & background information relevant to your SSB/CPP preparation, such as educational qualifications, entry scheme applied for, & prior attempts, where voluntarily shared; &
(e) Any other information you choose to submit through enquiry forms, emails, WhatsApp, or during live training sessions.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically. When you visit the Website, certain technical information may be collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, & pages visited. At present the Academy does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising tracking tools, but we reserve the right to introduce tools such as Google Analytics or Meta/Google advertising pixels in the future, in which case this Policy will be updated accordingly before such tools are activated.
1.3 Information from Third Parties. We may receive limited information about you from our payment gateway (Razorpay) confirming successful payment, & from communication service providers used to deliver SMS, email, or WhatsApp messages on our behalf.
1.4 Minors. Our Services are generally intended for adults. Where a minor enrols in the “Launch (12)” & “Academy Foundation” capsule programs including the combination program for both, the information described above is collected with the involvement & consent of a parent or legal guardian, who completes the enrolment & accepts this Policy on the minor’s behalf.
Reasons for Collecting & Processing User Personal Information
2.1 To Provide & Manage the Services. We use your information to process enrolments, schedule & conduct training batches, deliver study material & question banks, communicate batch timings & changes, & otherwise operate the Services you have signed up for.
2.2 To Process Payments & Maintain Records. We use your billing & contact information to process payments through Razorpay, issue invoices & receipts, & maintain financial & GST records as required under applicable law (GSTIN: 36BDNPP5019D1ZI).
2.3 To Communicate. We use your email, phone number, & WhatsApp number to send essential transactional communications (such as enrolment confirmations, payment receipts, & batch/schedule updates) as well as promotional communications about new batches, programmes, or events, where you have not opted out.
2.4 To Improve our Services. We may use feedback, performance in mock assessments, & other information you share to improve our training methodology, study material, & overall trainee experience.
2.5 To Comply with Legal Obligations. We may process & retain your information as required to comply with applicable tax, accounting, & other legal or regulatory obligations, or to respond to lawful requests from courts or government authorities.
2.6 To Protect our Rights. We may use your information where necessary to investigate or address suspected fraud, misuse of our Training Material, breach of our Terms of Use, or any other unlawful activity.
Sharing & Disclosure of Information
3.1 Service Providers. We share personal information with trusted third parties who help us operate the Services, including our payment gateway (Razorpay), SMS/WhatsApp/email communication providers, & any technology platform used to host the Website or deliver online training. These third parties are authorised to use your information only to the extent necessary to provide their services to us.
3.2 Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or governmental request, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Academy, our trainee, or the public.

Governing Law
