The Cadet Forge – Academy Foundation (Capsule) s a focused 1-week transition program for candidates who've cleared SSB through any 10+2 level entry scheme & are set to join the academy as cadets. Built across 5 sessions, the program prepares candidates for the realities of academy life — merit list mechanics, physical conditioning & injury prevention, fatigue management, routine adjustment, & the mental resilience required to sustain academy pressure — ensuring candidates report in prepared, not blindsided.

About this Program
- Comprehensive preparation for the SSB interview, for graduate candidates across CDS, AFCAT, TES, & other graduate-entry schemes.
- Covers the complete SSB assessment spectrum — OIR screening, PPDT, TAT, WAT, SRT, SDT, GTO tasks, & the personal interview — calibrated to graduate-level maturity & articulation.
- Build officer-like qualities (OLQs) through self-rating exercises, real-incident writing drawn from academic/professional experience, & cross-test personality consistency checks.
- Master all five psychology tests, with graduate-relevant themes (career choices, workplace leadership, professional dilemmas) woven into the drills.
- Deep-dive into GTO tasks — GD, GPE, PGT/HGT/FGT, Snake Race, Command Task, Individual Obstacles, & the IO task — supported by the Veerashraya GTO app for outside-class practice.
- Graduate-focused Personal Interview preparation — deeper PIQ (education, career choices, work experience where applicable), hobby interrogation, body language, & stress-interview handling.
- Current affairs & defence GK pitched at graduate-entry depth, through weekly digests, quizzes, & structured talks.
- Parallel physical conditioning against 5 SSB benchmarks (5 km run, pull-ups, push-ups, 400m sprint, broad jump), logged & reviewed weekly.
- Culminates in a full mock SSB simulation before the real board.
